Hi! I'm Joanne Terrans, the Principal of balm^energy therapies. I hold a Diploma of Sports Therapies (massage) and am trained in Advanced Reiki. I've been in practice since 2002, helping correct postural imbalances and sports-related issues.

My aim is to help you help yourself
Each session is tailored to you, at this moment in time. A combination of massage techniques can be implemented, including sports, remedial, Swedish and Trigger Point along with corrective exercises prescribed for you to take away. For energy balancing I offer Reiki, and shortly, remedial Pilates sessions will also be available. Using a network of similar-minded colleagues, I can look after your Corporate Massage requirements also.
